Returns
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads
- Online courses
- Coaching sessions
- Memberships or subscriptions
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Coaching Programs, Courses & Digital Products
Because coaching sessions, digital products, downloadable resources, and online courses are delivered immediately or reserve time specifically for you, all sales are final.
