I had the opportunity to tour the 2025 Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas, and it was truly one of the most inspiring design experiences I’ve had this year. Walking through the estate at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard felt like entering a world where creativity has no limit. Every hallway, every landing, and every room was completely reimagined by a different designer. No two spaces looked alike, yet the house flowed beautifully from one visual story to the next.

Today I’m sharing a full overview of the show house—what it is, who it supports, and why this year’s edition has become one of the most exciting design events in Dallas.
A Legendary Estate, Reimagined

The Sixth Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas has officially opened its doors, and this year’s theme is all about seeing a familiar estate in a brand-new way. For the first time, the show house returns to the same French Renaissance–style home as last year, inviting twenty-six designers and architects to transform it once again—this time through completely fresh eyes and perspectives.
The show is open to the public from November 7–23, 2025, offering design lovers a chance to experience a rare collection of fully finished, concept-driven rooms. From richly layered lounges to serene morning rooms and bold stair landings, each designer brought something unexpected and imaginative to the home.
A Show House With Heart

Beyond the beauty and creativity, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House is rooted in purpose. Proceeds support three impactful organizations:
- Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club – Providing essential after-school programs for more than 12,000 young people in the Bronx.
- Dwell with Dignity – A Dallas nonprofit that creates thoughtfully designed homes for families transitioning out of homelessness and poverty.
- The Crystal Charity Ball – A long-standing Dallas organization supporting children’s charities throughout the county.
Every room, every installation, and every detail reflects a larger mission—to uplift children, support families, and empower communities.
Leadership, Partnerships & Creative Direction

This year’s show house is guided by notable leaders in the design community:
- Co-Chairs Jean Liu and Chad Dorsey
- Vice-Chairs Shelby Wagner and Trish Sheats
- Alumni Chairs Javier Burkle, Bryan Yates, and Mike Yates
- Honorary Chairs Jan Showers and Jamie Drake
Galerie returns as the national media partner, and PaperCity continues as the regional media partner—helping amplify the creativity happening inside the Turtle Creek estate.
